Hello,

I'm Aida, but usually go by Ida.  I have been a Glendale resident for the past 35 years and I know and love this City like many of its residents. I have been in my current residence in the Rossmoyne area for the past 17 years.

After graduating from Hoover High School, I went on to study Biology at UCSB.  After my first job, I decided to pursue a career in the clinical trials research field, so I went back to school to earn my MBA. I was very happy to be a part of research studies that were helping to bring new medications for different kind of ailments to patients globally.

After 25 years in the Pharmaceutical Research Industry, due to personal circumstances, I have decided to change my career and start a new one in the exciting world of Real Estate. Helping people has always brought me joy and satisfaction, hence why I have now entered into the Real Estate field.   This transition wasn't a difficult one for me as in my previous positions I've handled many multi-dollar contracts for very small (6-people) Biotech companies to pharmaceutical giants. 

I have an extremely good business sense (how to be nimble, mindful, make quick decisions) with amazing negotiation skills, which will enable me to help you make your largest purchase with care to every detail. I'm self-driven, motivated and compassionate.  I love being challenged and thrive under pressure.  I am hoping my high-energy and enthusiasm along with my praised communication skills will be beneficial to all my future clients in helping them sell or buy their next real estate property.
