From property assignment to the successful culmination of closing the transaction, I work diligently with Asset Managers to prepare BPOs, perform weekly property inspections, hire appropriate vendors/contractors to coordinate and complete property repairs as needed, submit offers through the Equator platform in a timely manner, and in general, build and maintain a professional relationship with assigned asset managers throughout the process.
