As a top-producing real estate broker in practice for 36 years in Santa Cruz, Anina is excited to be part of the Previews team at Coldwell Banker, specializing in exclusive residences all over the world, as well as a member of the International President's Elite. A longtime resident of Santa Cruz, she is acutely familiar with the different neighborhoods throughout the county and uses her knowledge to the benefit of her clients. She is also experienced in all aspects of real estate, including 1031 tax deferred exchanges and installment sales. She knows the various elements of Proposition 60 and can help you to keep your property tax base.

Education and Training

When not working, Anina spends her time with her two grown daughters and is on the board of Women's Educational Success through the Cabrillo College Foundation. She is active in the dance community, on the organizational team for the annual Planetary Dance, a graduate of the Tamalpa Institute, and has travelled extensively with Anna Halprin in France and New York, assisting her and translating. She is also a certified Feldenkraisreg; practitioner.
