Blanca has lived in Pacific Palisades for the past 21 years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Pacific Palisades in 2005, she was employed by UCLA Human Resources Department and the UCLA Chancellor’s Office. Having worked and resided in the Westside region, Blanca can provide her clients with a wealth of information regarding the surrounding areas: Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, Brentwood, Malibu, Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles and some areas of the LA Valley when buying, selling or leasing.
