I started in the real estate industry in 2003 working for a property developer building new homes. As a creative entrepreneur at heart, I was attracted to the freedom and ability to innovate unique ways to improve the business. I enjoy architectural design and engineering, so I started with design-build then selling single family and multifamily projects. in 2005 I started the first real estate video tour company in the bay area. In 2007 the market changed so I became a licensed real estate agent to utilize these combined skills at serving the public. In 2010, I was cast on HGTV for season 5 of the show "real estate intervention" as a host agent educating bewildered home sellers. I have sold almost every real estate asset class: luxury homes, multifamily developments, build to rent and new residential spec construction. My passion is the creative process of developing highly efficient, resilient new construction. I believe real estate is the best asset class and most sustainable method to grow net worth.
