Recently, my personal journey as a caregiver for my mother with dementia led me to develop a heartfelt passion project: supporting seniors and their families through the emotional and logistical complexities of downsizing. I created the "Downsize Without Overwhelm" workshop to guide older adults and their adult children through this transition with compassion, clarity, and dignity.
