Having lived in Sonoma County for 58 years I know neighborhood markets extremely well. Specializing in Rincon Valley, Bennett Valley, and North West Santa Rosa, I can be a very knowledgeable resource for buyers or sellers wanting special neighborhood characteristics or school districts.

For over four years, I served as the marketing and sale director for a local new home builder. This experience gave me the perspective to identify high quality, new construction techniques and home design that allows me to provide a unique perspective for my clients to make informed home buying and selling decisions.

In selling Sonoma County's first new solar electric new home community, I am knowledgeable about residential photo voltaic infrastructure and energy efficiency elements.

As marketing director, I identified target markets and created unique, effective marketing strategies to differentiate the product in the market.
