With more than 20 years in real estate and over 18 years in leadership, I bring a thoughtful, strategic, and selective approach to management at Coldwell Banker Realty in Santa Rosa, CA. I began my career in 2002 as a producing agent and moved into management in 2007 after building a business grounded in integrity, strong client relationships, and consistent results.

I work primarily with experienced and high‑producing agents who value collaboration, professionalism, and measurable growth. I believe the strongest teams are built through mutual fit—where agents and leadership align in values, expectations, and vision. My role is not to micromanage, but to act as a strategic partner and advocate, helping agents scale intelligently while protecting their time and brand.

Our team includes Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® certified agents who regularly work with affluent buyers and sellers throughout Sonoma County and the North Bay. I am a Certified Mentor with Brian Buffini’s Peak Producers Program and enjoy partnering with seasoned agents on advanced business planning, referral‑driven growth, accountability, and leadership development.

As a Sonoma County native based in Windsor, I bring deep local knowledge across Santa Rosa, Windsor, and the greater North Bay—grounded in market data, neighborhood nuance, and community trends.

Before real estate, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University, Sacramento, and served as a pilot for the United States Navy and United Airlines—experiences that shaped a leadership style that is disciplined, service‑driven, and performance‑focused.

Outside the office, I’m a member of American Legion Post 111 and enjoy baseball, classic muscle cars, and boating. My family has strong ties to public service, with my children serving in law enforcement in the Reno area.
