I am originally from Guam and residing in Southern California for 35 years, I've seamlessly integrated my island roots with the Mexican and Filipino traditions from my husband's side. My world is a blend of compassion, diligent work ethic, optimism, loyalty, delicious food, family and community strength.
I've been working in real estate for over 30 years, mainly at T.D. Service Financial Corporation and then at First American Title Insurance Company where I worked as a Systems Analayst for a Fortune 500 company. Now that my children are grown up, I get to indulge my love for previewing homes and helping people buy and sell them. I bring a wealth of expertise in various areas such as technology development, mortgage recordings, financial services, notary regulations, real estate and title guidelines.
