Korina Cardinali is a lifelong Ventura County resident and proud Ojai Valley native with a deep appreciation for the area’s distinctive culture and architecture. Having lived throughout the region, she brings a rich, firsthand understanding of Ojai’s diverse neighborhoods and unique homes—insight that allows her to expertly guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and care.
Korina’s professional journey is as dynamic as it is people-centered. She has worked as a professional cook, a well-known local hair and makeup stylist, and in the film industry, where she continues to pursue passion projects producing independent films. She is also the cofounder and food and recipe developer behind the frozen food company Paleo Brands, blending her interests in health, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
In the early 2000s, Korina played a pioneering role during the deregulation of the telecommunications, gas, and electricity industries. In this capacity, she built and led a large, high-performing team across the United States. These experiences sharpened her leadership abilities and strengthened her exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and talent for connecting with people from all walks of life.
Korina comes from a family deeply rooted in the Ojai community. Her father, Don, has owned and operated the beloved Cardinali Bros Music Store in Ojai for over 30 years, further solidifying her strong ties to the area and its residents.
Outside of her professional life, Korina enjoys exploring Ojai’s trails with her two children. She has a passion for gardening and working with plants and has volunteered at her children’s school through the Food for Thought program, helping inspire local youth to make healthier food choices.
Known throughout her community as warm, patient, caring, generous, and intuitive, Korina has found her perfect calling in real estate—where her love of people intersects with her passion for homes.
