My Business Philosophy is simple; I put my clients' needs before my own. It is not about receiving a commission it is about earning a commission. My focus is to work with my clients to stategize and to help you with your goals, whether I'm helping you find your "Dream Come True" or helping you sell your "Home Sweet Home" quickly and for the highest dollar, my goal is always the same to work with you and to put your needs first.

Experience
I have been in the Real Estate Industry Full Time for 20 Years beginning as a loan officer in San Diego County and then transitioning into a Real Estate Sales Professional. I attend educational training every chance that I get to keep on the cutting edge of technology, studying the maret and inventory, and discovering new ways to keep ahead of the market trents and how to communicate better with my clients, other real estate professionals and potential buyers and sellers. I am a real estate expert who is always perfecting my craft.

Background
Just like you, I had a choice when it came time to choose a brokerage company. My choice to join Coldwell Banker in 2001 was based on their name brand recognition, longevity, market share and reputation. Since then they continue to offer ways to reach broader markets with Technology and marketing that other companies only dream of. The tools that are available to me are vast, and the support I receive is insumountable. I have the support and backing of an entire company when I list or sell a home for my clients and that is important to me. Recently I was awarded the prestigious Bronze Society Award in 2012 in recognition of outstanding achievements and for being a valuable asset to my clients and to my company.
