Real estate became a passion for me when I purchased my first home more than 25 years ago. There was something very exhilarating about searching for the perfect home in the right neighborhood at a price that was within my means. There was an immediate connection with the home that was “the one” that not only exceeded my expectations but became the starting pint fr a new direction in my life. It was then that I realized that buying a home is more than a great investment, it creates the foundation for a new direction in your life, whether it’s beginning a new job, just getting married, starting a family, moving up into your dream home, empty nester or just starting over. The feeling of gratification was o overwhelming that I knew someday I would have to become involved in this as a career and reap the rewards of helping others through this process that was life-changing for me.
My Real Estate career began in 2003 coupled with more than 30 years in business with an expertise is sales, advertising, marketing and negotiating, my team and I have consistently provided knowledge and outstanding service to buyers, sellers and investors. Prior to real estate, I sold advertising for the top computer publishers in the Bay Area and nation-wide. In today’s market, it’s more important tan ever to employ technology, websites and social media as an effective marketing tool for my clients. My top priority is that your home stands out among the competition.
Many of my clients are referrals from past clients. I find it very rewarding working with the various branches of the Military and appreciate what they have sacrificed for this country. My consultative approach includes carefully listening to my clients’ needs, discussing their options and then making the appropriate recommendations. Combining my attention to detail with a win-win attitude, I am able to position my clients properly so they can achieve the most from negotiating the sale or purchase of their home. My job is to be the consummate matchmaker for my clients, helping buyers find their perfect home for their budget and needs or investors build their real estate portfolio. Your concerns are important to me, no matter how small or large they are.
Communication is my forte and it is crucial to stay in constant communication with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure we are on the same page. I pride myself being the project manager to keep everyone on track. This will minimize problems and maximize a smooth transaction.
