My goal is to assist and guide you, working as a partner and advocate, through each step of the process with clear and open lines of communication, whether you are a buyer, seller or an investor. As an experienced Realtor, I am mindful that every situation is unique and I work hard to understand your needs, research to find answers, and negotiate on your behalf.

I assist my clients with understanding the information they need as we work through the process together. In times of difficulty, I can offer a delicate hand with guiding clients through a loss of equity resulting in a potential short sale in lieu of a foreclosure. With my negotiation experience, no matter the obstacle, I will be by your side to ensure the end result is to your benefit.

As well as being licensed in Real Estate, I am certified in Property Management, having oversaw 100+ properties throughout the East Bay as well as Southern California. Prior to getting into Real Estate, I first honed my skills as an apartment manager for numerous properties where I gained experience in navigating interpersonal relationships and quick problem solving.

Being born in El Salvador, I am fluent in both Spanish and English. And being from El Salvador, I have developed a passion for traveling. Having been a local resident for the past 20+ years, I’ve cultivated hobbies such as hiking the Iron Horse Trail, learning about different food cultures, and taking road trips along Highway 1 to enjoy one of the best views in the country.

Volunteering is a vital part of my family’s life. Once every three months we take part in clean-up at Stinson Beach. The environment is something I strongly believe in protecting.
