Since 1978 Monika has been associated with Fred Sands Realtors and is now proud to be a member of the Coldwell Banker team. Monika has achieved the distinction of being named "Top Salesperson" and has been awarded the prestigious President's Elite. Both a Previews Specialist and Relocation Specialist, she also is a member of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors as well as the San Fernando Valley Multiple Listing Service. Monika, along with her partner Shelley Cole, specializes in horse property.
