I have been directly involved in the acquisition, development, finance, and disposition of several million square feet of commercial and residential real estate. I served as the senior financial executive of two billion-dollar real estate investment and development firms. Before entering real estate, l practiced corporate law and arranged financing for companies in the entertainment and motion picture industries.
