Shahrzad Ehya was born and raised in Iran before moving to Southern California over twenty-five years ago. She and her husband Behrad have had the opportunity to live in many places including United Arab Emirates, Korea and China. They have been residents of Agoura Hills for the past twelve years where they have raised their three children, Radeen, Rohan and Rumi.

After getting her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cal State Long Beach, Shahrzad decided her passion was in sales and management. Having worked in that field for many years, she then developed and owned her own business, Hideout Playground in Oak Park for four years. There, she had the opportunity to provide local communities with a safe and nurturing environment for open play and birthday parties.

Her desire to help people, excellent customer service, and wide networking from her previous jobs are the main reasons she chose to obtain her California Real Estate License and join Coldwell Banker Realty.
