Fred Martinez

My career in real estate started in September of 1973. I worked for Anaheim Hills Realty as a sales associate. I watched Anaheim Hills grow from the beginning stages of the master planned community to the beautiful community it is today. I was selected to manage and develop the office which became one of the most successful independent offices in the North Orange County area for many years. In April of 1983 I purchased the office with a partner and continued to build and further develop the company. I am proud to be associated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Yorba Linda, servicing Southern California. I have been past president of Kiwanis a service organization, giving back to the community that has treated me so well.
