He also served as the Executive Team Leader for KW Advisors, overseeing five offices, where he further honed his skills in coaching and consulting agents and teams to scale their businesses.

As an entrepreneur, Steven has successfully owned and managed several real estate ventures, including KW offices in DTLA and Eagle Rock, as well as Cal West Escrow. Under his guidance, these businesses have thrived, becoming pillars of success in their respective communities.
