NRT’S Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Acquires Chicago Apartment Finders
CHICAGO, Ill. (Sept. 10, 2015) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago today
announced it has acquired the assets of Chicago Apartment Finders in Chicago, Illinois. The
acquisition expands Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s real estate sales operations, which has
47 offices and approximately 3,500 independent sales associates, into the leasing arena with the
addition of five offices and by welcoming 120 independent sales associates. The newly acquired unit
will now operate as Chicago Apartment Finders: Leasing Division of Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential
real estate brokerage company.

The firm’s former owner, Andrew Ahitow, will continue as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage in Chicago and will assist with the transition. Andrew Croegaert and Katherine
Paquette will retain their roles in running the Chicago Apartment Finders division.

1114 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., 711 N. State Street and 1740 E. 55th Street.
