Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Independent Sales Associate Mary Wallace Continues to Bolster Her Status as a Top Agent with High Rankings in the 2015 REAL Trends/Wall Street Journal Top Thousand Report and America’s Best List
Deerfield, IL (October xx, 2015) – With 247 closed transactions in 2014, top performer Mary Wallace of
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Oak Lawn Office has been ranked 35th in 2015 REAL
Trends/Wall Street Journals – Top Thousand Real Estate Agent list. She also ranked an astounding third
in Illinois by Real Trends America’s Best List earlier this year.
Wallace is a real estate veteran with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Since the start
of her career, she was adamant about providing outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
Coupling her market knowledge with her educational background, she quickly became a top producing
agent in the Oak Lawn office and within Coldwell Banker’s Chicagoland Region. To date, she has sold
over 1,350 properties and over $216 million in closed volume.

few years later, she received Realtor’s Magazine 30 Under 30 award which included a front cover
feature. Since then, she has been recognized as the #1 Coldwell Banker Realtor in all of North America,
#1 Realtor in Burbank in 2011 and 2013, and #1 Realtor in units for the South Chicagoland Region from
2009 to 2014. She also holds a spot in Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Circle and has been
named #1 Realtor in Oak Lawn for seven consecutive years.
