Coldwell Banker Independent Sales Associate Katie Falk Takes Home Top Sales Volume Award for 2015
MILWAUKEE, WI (March 15, 2016) – Katie Falk, an independent sales associate in Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage’s North Shore office earned the top spot in terms of sales volume for the
Wisconsin region.
In 2015, Falk closed more than $64 million in sales, ranking her locally as one of the top 10 independent
sales associates in Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for closed volume. The veteran Realtor was
also named to the prestigious 2015 International President’s Premier, which recognizes the top 1% of all
independent sales associates internationally.
“Katie’s years of invaluable sales experience and vast local market knowledge continue to pay off for her
year-after-year,” said Judy Hearst, senior regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage’s Wisconsin region. “I applaud her for an outstanding 2015 and wish her even more success in

Additionally, Amanda Schroder, independent sales associate in the North Shore office, earned in excess
of $3 million in sales, and closed an impressive 11 units total. These strong numbers were enough to
name Schroder “Rookie of the Year” for the Wisconsin region.
