Bob Kohler Named the Director of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Leasing Division
Deerfield, IL (May 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to announce that real estate veteran, Bob Kohler, has been named the director of the company’s leasing division. In his new role, Kohler will oversee the day-to-day operations and drive forward the overall business strategy.

With 15 years in the real estate industry, Kohler is leveraging his existing relationships, while also pursuing lease heavy developments, to ultimately increase the division’s market share across Chicagoland. He is additionally planning to unify affiliated sales associates across offices to streamline rental collaboration and support.

Prior to taking on this new position, Kohler played an integral role in building the success of multiple real estate teams associated with Coldwell Banker, including, KH Residential, and the Matt Garrison Group. As a founding partner of both teams, Kohler expertly handled the operational nuances of the businesses while still driving sales and expanding his customer base. Through this experience, Kohler emerged an agent that consistently ranked among the top producers in the company.
Kohler has been a resident of Chicago since 1997 and currently lives in Roscoe Village with his family. As an agent, he was committed to giving back through local housing related charities, by contributing a percentage of his sales to Coldwell Banker’s Charitable Foundation.
