Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Promotes Stephanie Szigetvari to District Manager
Deerfield, Ill. (December 19, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to announce that Stephanie Szigetvari has been promoted to district manager. In her new role, she will oversee the high level business operations of The Groves and Libertyville offices, in addition to, retaining her duties as the managing broker of the Northwest branch.
“Stephanie has been instrumental in the success of the Northwest office, and we look forward to her applying that proven business model to our other two locations to raise the bar even higher,” said Fran Broude, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
With over 30 years of real estate management experience, Szigetvari has truly created a collaborative environment that fosters growth. Her approach is simple: strive to provide a productive, supportive, creative, and educational atmosphere. It is that very mindset that has propelled over 150 independent sales associates affiliated within the Northwest office to achieve their business goals.
Szigetvari has also held positions as a finance manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, an account executive director for Burnet title, in addition, to a number of other key positions that can contribute to her success as district manager.
Outside of real estate management, Szigetvari is committed to giving back to the community she so graciously serves through her offices. She has been a driving force in supporting the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation, including its past partnerships with the American Diabetes Association and American Cancer Society’s “Relay For Life” initiative.
