DEERFIELD, Ill. (June 24, 2016)— Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to announce that several of its independent sales associates have been named in the 2016 REAL Trends The Thousand, as Advertised in The Wall Street Journal. The report recognizes top residential real estate agents in the country based on annual 2015 sales volume and transaction sides.

The 2016 REAL Trends The Thousand, as Advertised in The Wall Street Journal, is based on a survey of over 900 brokerage firms, associations of Realtors and hundreds of other sources to determine the top real estate professionals in the United States. Now in its 11th year, this ranking is the only independent study of its kind where all of the results from individual submissions are independently verified through third party sources.
The Thousand is actually six separate rankings: top individual sales professional ranked by closed transaction sides, top individual sales professional ranked by closed sales volume, top 50 individuals for average sales price, top team ranked by closed transaction sides, top team ranked by closed sales volume and top 50 teams for average sales price.
