Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Melanie Stone Named to Realtor’s 2017 30 Under 30 List
Deerfield, IL (April 6, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to announce that Melanie Stone, an agent in its Gold Coast office, was recently named to the 2017 30 under 30 list by Realtor Magazine. Candidates were chosen based on their high level of individual business success, as well as, community and professional leadership efforts.

Stone, one of the youngest recipients of this honor*, was included amongst an elite group of professionals that represent a real estate landscape rich with diversity in business specialty and market location. Honorees included individual salespeople, team members, team leaders, a broker-manager, and a broker-owner. And, impressively enough, more than half have served as volunteers and homeownership activists in their local or state Realtor organization*.

When Stone isn’t wearing her sales hat, she serves as a board member for the Chicago Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors. She also teaches her seminar, "So You Want to Buy a Condo," across Chicago at companies like Uber, Grubhub and WeWork.
