Danielle Moy Named to prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate 30 under 30 list
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Orland Park Office Independent Sales Associate
Honored as One of the Top Young Real Estate Professionals in the World
Deerfield, Ill. /July 7, 2015 – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that
Danielle Moy, an independent sales associate from Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage in Orland Park, Ill. was named to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30. This
prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the 86,000
Coldwell Banker independent sales associates working in 43 countries around the
world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert
Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old,
respectively.
Moy, 29, was honored for her already impressive list of accomplishments, including:
- #1 independent sales associate at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
Orland Park office for listings taken, units sold, and volume closed in 2014 - #7 ranked NRT independent sales associate in selling units for 2014
- #210 in total transaction sides amongst the top 1,000 agents in the U.S.,
according to The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends Inc. - 2014 member of the Coldwell Banker President's Premier, which recognizes the
top 1% of all Coldwell Banker independent sales associates worldwide
Danielle also annually donates to the Ronald McDonald House, ALS Association, the
local police department, American Diabetes Association and Greater Chicago Food
Depository. She has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's
Orland Park office since 2010.
The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Moy at their international Generation
Blue Experience in Chicago, Ill. on September 16-18.
