For a Third Consecutive year Rosie Gonzalez ranks amongst the Top Latino Agents in the U.S. by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals
DEERFIELD, IL (July 6, 2015) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce that Rosie
Gonzalez, a top independent sales associate in its La Grange office, has been recently named one of the
top Latino agents in the country by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals
(NAHREP) for 2015. This is the third consecutive year that Gonzalez, who finished 140th overall, has
retained a prestigious spot in the top 250 NAHREP rankings.

In addition to Gonzalez’s national merits, she has established herself as a leader in the local area, where
she retains her ranking as the #1 independent sales associate for closed transactions in Brookfield since
2009. She is also an honored recipient of the 2013 Coldwell Banker President's Circle Award for closed
units, which is given to Coldwell Banker independent sales associates that rank in the top 2% nationally.
This year, Gonzalez is on pace to close a staggering 60-70 sales.

three boys has overcome English as a second language and adjusted to American life en route to a
successful real estate career.
