Ted Schaar Named to prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate 30 under 30 list
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage North Shore Office Independent Sales Associate
Honored as One of the Top Young Real Estate Professionals in the World
Mequon, Wis. /July 7, 2015 – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that
Ted Schaar, an independent sales associate from Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage’s North Shore office was named to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30. This
prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the 86,000
Coldwell Banker independent sales associates working in 43 countries around the
world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert
Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old,
respectively.
Schaar, 29, was honored for his already extensive list of accomplishments and
inspiring roles, including:
- Chair of local Young Professionals Network (YPN); also a founding member of
the Wisconsin YPN - REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) 10-for-10 member
- Strategically instructs REALTORS on the importance of technology and how to
leverage it - Managed $11 million of real estate sales in 2013 and 2014, respectively, as a
part of a top producing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team
He has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s North Shore
office since 2012.
The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Schaar at their international Generation
Blue Experience in Chicago, Ill. on September 16-18.
