A longtime Colorado resident with deep roots in Boulder County, Jeff Hastings brings more than two decades of relationship-focused professional experience to real estate. A University of Colorado Boulder graduate, Jeff came to Boulder for college, fell in love with the area's open spaces, mountain access, active lifestyle and strong sense of community—and chose to make Boulder County home.
Before entering real estate, Jeff spent more than two decades in a successful career serving university and higher-education clients throughout the United States and internationally. That experience shaped an approach centered on listening carefully, communicating clearly, preparing thoroughly and helping clients navigate complex, important decisions with confidence. He brings that same thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to real estate, taking the time to understand what matters to each client, doing his homework and advocating for their interests throughout the process.
A resident of Indian Peaks for more than 12 years, Jeff has deep familiarity with Boulder County and its surrounding communities, including Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Erie and Niwot. He enjoys helping clients understand the homes and neighborhoods they're considering, along with the amenities, lifestyle and distinctive character that make each area unique.
Fluent in Spanish, Jeff also spent a year living and studying in Mexico. He is a father of three and, when he isn't working with clients, can often be found cycling local trails, hiking, playing soccer or golf, skiing, or simply enjoying Colorado's outdoors.
