Tyler Stephenson

As the daughter of a college basketball coach, I grew up moving around the country and finding home wherever we landed. Boulder was the first place I chose to move to on my own, and I fell in love with the community and lifestyle on the Front Range.

My career began in PR/Marketing, leveraging my eldest child, Type-A drive, and attention to detail to elevate brands like Smartwool, Altra, Nuuly, and Cole Haan. Having worked in fast-paced environments, I am a strong advocate for my clients and bring clear communication and a solutions-oriented, calm approach to the entire process.

I understand the importance of finding a location and space that aligns with your lifestyle and needs. I also have an eye for interior decorating, having worked with clients in NYC and virtually, and can help buyers see the potential in spaces and sellers position their homes to stand out.

In my free time, you can find me at a local coffee shop, in the mountains, or planning my next trip abroad.
