My name is Wynn Lynch, and I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker here in Boulder, CO. I originally grew up in Los Angeles, CA and decided to come to Boulder for the University and the outdoor potential. I love snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, and a few other outdoor activities, as well as just enjoying the town of Boulder and the surrounding areas. At this point, it is hard to imagine living anywhere but Colorado and I am trying to help others realize their dream of living here too, whatever that might look like for them.

I got into real estate for two main reasons. First, I love the experience of buying and selling properties that support a lifestyle, rather than being just a place to live. Second, I have always had an interest in finance, it’s what I got my degree in at CU Boulder and I had a personal interest in the subject of investing well before that. I believe that owning real estate is one of the best financial decisions available to Americans today.
