Language from the CE reads, "Loafing sheds, corrals, water lines, water tanks, wildlife water stations ("guzzlers"), water wells and other minor agricultural structures and improvements may be constructed anywhere on the Property. With reasonable prior notice to Grantee, wind and solar generation facilities that are primarily for generation of energy for use in conjunction with those actives permitted by this Deed, may be constructed anywhere on the Property. No construction of any other new agricultural buildings or improvement other than those covered by this subparagraph (B) shall be constructed." Good for grazing or dryland farming.
