Jennifer Montoya is a top producing broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
She began her real estate practice with M&M Realty in 1993 and earned her broker’s license three years later. She became Vice President of the company in 2001 and was responsible for assisting the broker/owners in day-to-day operations and training new agents. In 2005, she joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a Broker Associate.
Over 90% of Jennifer’s annual business is with repeat and referred buyer and seller clients. Averaging more than $7 million in sales per year, she consistently ranks among the top 9% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. Throughout her career, Jennifer has collected numerous recognitions and awards for her work.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Colorado College and her MBA degree in real estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
When not assisting her clients, Jennifer spends time with her husband Chris, their son Marcus and twins Alexander and Haleigh, and her extended family. She enjoys skiing, scuba diving, traveling, home improvement projects and real estate investing.
