Melanie Attig

I am Melanie Attig, and I am here to help you with all your real estate needs.  I am a huge advocate of Colorado, and I have moved cross country TWICE to live in our beautiful mountains.  I have a great appreciation for everything Colorado.  Whether you are looking for a first home or forever home, trying to find a lucrative investment property, or looking into selling a property, I would love to go to work for you.  When you are looking for a realtor, you will need someone ready to advocate for your needs, who is a great listener and communicator, who is efficient in this extremely time-sensitive market, and most of all, someone you can trust.  I would love to be that person for you.  I do not want to just meet your expectations, but I prefer to completely exceed them. 

I have spent the past 20+ years serving customers with high quality service, necessary efficiency, and a high level of detail.  I am empathetic to many different situations and needs, and I strive to get you into a property that you absolutely love or to have the best property sale experience possible.  The greatest thrill for me is to see you perfectly content in a new home, excited for the future of a new investment property, or getting your sales property off the market and out of your hands.

On a personal note, I am the proud mama to an 8-year-old not-so-little boy who keeps me on my toes and is my world.  I also support my son’s school through the Special Education/Resource Department where I get to help kiddos with special needs, autism, and those who just need a little extra assistance.  When I am not showing homes or working with my seller clients, I try to stay active at the gym and hiking throughout this gorgeous state.
