Thomas is highly-trained results driven real estate professional who has been assisting families buy and sell homes for more than 3 years and is able to bring a full understanding of today's housing market to his customers. This knowledge is most helpful when trying to navigate this extremely competitive market. He brings over 15 years in corporate management, project management, vendor relationships and an award-winning customer service experience to his real estate career. This experience is invaluable when it comes to writing strong offers and negotiating one of the biggest purchases. Thomas’ long-term experience in real estate started early in his life with parental real estate influence, his time in the mortgage industry as a loan officer and his own investments in house flipping. Since he has been in the area for most his life he is very familiar with neighborhoods, school districts and area developments. Most important he has ties to the community to help understand what is coming next, this is an ever changing market! 

Education

Thomas completed his Real Estate training through Colorado Real Estate School. Additionally to ensure he can support his customers he is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI)

Personal Background

Thomas while not official native has been in north Colorado Springs since 1984. He attended the local district 20 schools from High Plains elementary, Challenger middle school and graduated from Rampart high school. In 1995 through 2000 he worked and attended school in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2000 Thomas moved back to Colorado Springs where he met his wife Nicole. Today he lives in North Colorado Springs with his wife and two boys who attend Discovery Canyon Campus since kindergarten.

In his free time, Thomas enjoys golfing, hunting and camping. He is also active with his son’s sports and supports the Local Boy Scouts.
