Growing up with a parent in the military, I had the privilege to live all over our county.  I got to experience various states and a multitude of landscape.  While there were amazing aspects of that life, there were also challenges.  My husband, also moving around a lot as a child, and I decided that we wanted a place to put down roots, a place to call home.  We moved to Colorado in early 2004, where we started our family and found our place that we get to call home.  We spent our first 12 years in Colorado living in Parker and then had the opportunity to move to Woodland Park where we have been ever since!  I absolutely love the stunning landscape and weather Colorado is known for!  Fall is my favorite season as I absolutely love cooking hot homestyle meals and sitting with my husband by the fire on a chilly evening!
