More about Natalie Farn
As a Denver resident since 2012, I bring both professional expertise and deeply personal insight to the real estate experience. Over the years, I’ve lived in six homes across four of Denver’s most sought-after neighborhoods—Cherry Creek North, Hilltop, Central Park (formerly Stapleton) and Crestmoor Park. Having personally bought, sold, renovated, and moved within these communities, I offer firsthand knowledge of what makes each area unique—from lifestyle and architecture to long-term value and investment potential.
As a parent of three children, I also understand that choosing a home is about more than square footage—it’s about community and education. My family has experienced both private and public education in the Crestmoor and Hilltop areas, including the International School of Denver, Carson Elementary School, Hill Campus of Arts and Sciences, George Washington High School, and Good Shepherd Catholic School. I know firsthand how important school boundaries, commute times, and community culture are in a family’s decision-making process, and I guide my clients with that same thoughtful consideration.
I am currently a resident of Crestmoor Park, where I have owned two homes and served on the board of the Crestmoor Pool and Tennis Club for 4 years. My involvement has given me deep insight into the neighborhood’s unique amenities and the specific boundary lines that provide priority access to this highly sought-after club. The distinct, fenceless boundaries of Crestmoor Park Filing 1 and 2 play an important role in protecting property values and preserving the character of the community—knowledge that can make a meaningful difference for buyers and sellers alike.
With a nuanced understanding of Denver’s neighborhoods, schools, and community dynamics, I help buyers navigate not just a transaction—but a transition into the right home and lifestyle. For sellers, I know your goals are as unique as your home and I take the time to fully understand what is important to you. From there, I will work with you to create a plan to achieve your desired results while always protecting your best interest.
