Jenny Sevde

My name is Jenny Sevde. and I am originally from Iowa—Go Hawks! I have been an accomplished sales professional for the past 14 years after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in English Literature. I am most recently coming from the window and door business, which brought me to Denver in 2009. Why only represent the windows when I could represent the whole house, right?!

I have a proven track record in success, and I truly enjoy helping people—I will treat you as though you were a dear member of my family, just to set the right expectation. I have an extensive background in drafting proposals and completing contracts. Windows and door purchases are all about the details and gaining that customers trust, so my transition into real estate came very naturally. I believe my critical listening, organizational skills, timeliness, reachability and wonderful Coldwell Banker team will allow me shine above the rest. This industry requires you to think-on-your-feet, and you can always count on me to do this for you.

When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying the amazing Colorado outdoors. I love to hike, ski, walk the city parks, and biking around Denver. I love to cook new and healthy recipes. I went vegetarian for a few months, and that completely expanded my palate. Colorado is such a wonderful place to live and thrive, why not have the find the best possible place to plant your roots?
