• Mastering the Craft: Through rigorous real estate training programs and unwavering determination, Mary quickly excelled in construction, mortgage, and service-based classes. She sold, completed, and closed out Skylake Ranch, a master-planned Thornton community featuring 45 single-family homes.
• Top Sales Consultant: Mary’s passion for helping clients led her to the Active Adult Del Webb community ‘Anthem Ranch’ in Broomfield, CO. There, she achieved remarkable success, earning the Top Sales Consultant award for her outstanding performance. Her dedication also earned her the highest customer satisfaction ranking in the Pulte Homes Colorado division.

• Community Involvement: Beyond real estate, Mary actively contributes to her community. As a former president of the Steele Elementary (Wash Park Denver Public School) parent-teacher association (PTA), she raised ¾ of $1 million. Her commitment to education extends to running the recruitment program at Steele Elementary, where she provides valuable insights about Denver Public Schools. Mary and her husband, and their three children are also dedicated to the community in their work with the homeless and their efforts in fostering children.
