Nicole Etchemendy

I've had the unique opportunity to spend most of my life learning about real estate from one of the best self-made agents I know—my mom. Watching her build a successful career through hard work, integrity, and genuine care for her clients gave me an early appreciation for the impact a great real estate professional can have on people's lives.

Real estate wasn't the only industry that shaped my perspective. My dad built a career developing golf courses and eventually founded his own development consulting business. Growing up around both real estate sales and development gave me a unique understanding of how communities grow, how properties create value, and how important strong relationships are in every stage of the process.

After growing up in the Teton Valley, I relocated to Denver, where I've spent the past two years working as an events manager while continuing to build deep connections throughout the restaurant and hospitality community. With nearly 13 years of hospitality experience, I've learned how to anticipate needs, solve problems under pressure, and create exceptional experiences for the people I serve.

Today, I bring those same skills into real estate. I love connecting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. Whether that means hosting memorable open houses, leveraging my local network to maximize exposure for a listing, or helping clients navigate an important life transition, my goal is always to provide a thoughtful, personalized experience.

I believe real estate is about much more than buying and selling property—it's about helping people find the right place to build their lives, pursue their goals, and create lasting memories. As I continue to grow my career in Denver, I'm excited to combine the values I learned from my family, my background in hospitality, and my passion for community to help my clients succeed.
