We have built the foundation of our business on placing the needs and interests of our clients as our highest priority. We enjoy working with people to exceed their expectations in the Selling and Buying process. We strive to create both a process and result that culminates in clients who are fans for life. The vast majority of our business comes from repeat and referral business from our past clients. Our goals in the marketing of your home or searching for your next home are: 1) Maximizing your profits and minimizing your expenses 2) Making the process as stress free as possible for you and your family. 3) Serving you so completely throughout the process that you claim us as your “Brokers for Life” and tell everyone about your great experience working with us! There is only one way this third goal is met and that is by keeping you and your needs as the central focus of our efforts.


Our family has been in Denver Real Estate for over forty years working in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Sean is a degreed Engineer and Janet’s background is in Law. We combine our years of experience in Real Estate with our professional backgrounds to the mutual benefit of our clients. The closing of a transaction is not the end of a relationship with us. We continue to serve you via several avenues. We have a trusted list of contractors that we make available to you and provide assistance in tax assessor valuations. We also have proprietary software available that will calculate the equity you have in your home and send you a quick, user friendly report every 90 days.
