Shannon graduated cum laude from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration. Before real estate, she worked as a marketing director and events planner for Lehrer’s Flowers, where she honed her customer service and organizational skills. Later, she served as a project manager and technical writer at TIORCO, an oil and energy solutions company, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Shannon has also volunteered for years with the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Foundation’s annual Ladies Tea, raising funds for free mammograms and breast health education. Her team regularly sponsors neighborhood food drives and youth sports programs, contributing to the communities they serve.
