As the Broker of Steve Davis Estates, Estates Director of Fred Sands, and later President of Fred Sands Franchise-Pasadena managing more than 50 associates, Steve has built a career on professionalism, trust, and results. His vision and leadership led to the creation of the Steve Davis Team, a group dedicated to delivering a new standard of service tailored to the unique demands of luxury estates and investment properties.

His children attended local schools including Valentine Elementary, Huntington Middle School, San Marino High School, and St. Francis High School in La Cañada-Flintridge, reinforcing his personal investment in the community’s future.
