I’m originally from the Midwest, but Colorado has been home for over three decades now. I’ve lived in Castle Pines since 2008 and raised my family here in Douglas County, so I know what it’s actually like to live and own a home in this area.

I got into real estate in 2009 through residential leasing and became a licensed Realtor in 2013. Since then, I’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout Castle Pines, Douglas County, and the Denver Metro area with everything from single-family homes to condos and townhomes.

Before real estate, I spent years as a Vice President at several Fortune 500 companies. That experience taught me that staying organized and communicating clearly aren’t just nice to have. They’re everything. I bring that same mindset to real estate because the process should never feel confusing, timelines need to stay on track, and my clients should always know what’s happening next.

I’ve also worked for a top 5 national home builder and still work with both new home and custom home builders today. That gives me an insider’s perspective on builder contracts, pricing, upgrades, and construction timelines, so I can help buyers navigate the process with confidence.

When it comes to marketing, my standards are high. I’ve worked with the same photographer for over 10 years and he’s amazing at highlighting a home’s best features to grab attention. Every listing also gets video, drone footage, 3D Matterport tours, and staging when it makes sense. From there, I use targeted digital advertising to put the listing in front of the right buyers, not just anyone scrolling.

At the end of the day, my client’s satisfaction matters the most. That means pricing it right, preparing it well, and negotiating hard on their behalf.
