Brian Cass

With over 30 years of living in Colorado and a lifelong passion for real estate, I bring a unique blend of local expertise and construction experience to every client I serve. My extensive background in the building industry allows me to guide you through every aspect of the process—whether you’re searching for a fixer-upper, new construction, acreage or finding your dream home.

Consider me your trusted guide to Colorado real estate, from the vibrant communities along the Front Range to stunning chalets in our world-class resort towns. Whatever your vision, I’m here to make it a reality.

Originally from Kansas City, I was fortunate to make Steamboat Springs my home and quickly developed a deep appreciation for everything Colorado has to offer. That gratitude drives my passion for helping others find their perfect place in this incredible state.
When I’m not guiding clients through the real estate process, you’ll likely find me enjoying Colorado’s great outdoors—skiing fresh powder, snowmobiling through remote mountain trails, camping in hidden gems, or experiencing the thrill of mountain biking and relaxing with family and friends at one of our local breweries or wine bars.
