About Brittney
More about Brittney Stark Winans
Real estate has never been just about buying or selling a home. It is about people, families, and the incredibly meaningful moments that happen along the way.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I was an elementary school teacher. What I loved most about teaching was knowing that I had the opportunity to make a lasting impact in someone’s life. To help them feel confident, capable, and empowered. When I left the classroom, I worried that I would miss that sense of purpose. What I found instead was that real estate gave me a new way to do the very same thing.
Now, after five years in real estate, education and empowerment are still at the heart of how I serve my clients. I want the people I work with to understand the process, feel confident in their decisions, and know that they have someone in their corner every step of the way. This is especially meaningful to me when working with first-time homebuyers. There is something incredibly rewarding about taking a process that can feel overwhelming and helping someone realize, “I can do this.”
I also have a special place in my heart for first responders and those who serve our communities. My father and sister are firefighters, and my husband is a firefighter, paramedic, and veteran, so the first responder community has always felt like home to me. I understand the culture, the lifestyle, and the sacrifices that often come with these careers, and I am especially grateful whenever I have the opportunity to serve the people who spend so much of their lives serving others. At the same time, my business is built around serving people from all walks of life, whether they are buying their first home, selling a longtime family home, relocating, or simply trying to figure out what comes next.
I am proud to serve clients throughout Northern Colorado as part of The Winans Group, a deeply family-centered real estate team. Our team motto, “Your Journey, My Passion,” is more than a phrase to me it reflects exactly how I want my clients to feel. Your goals, your family, and your future matter to me, and I consider it a privilege to be trusted with such an important part of your life.
As a wife and mom, I also understand that a home is so much more than four walls. It is where babies grow up, traditions are created, dogs take over the couch, and families build their lives. That perspective is never lost on me when I am helping someone make a real estate decision.
Outside of real estate, family remains at the center of my life. I am married, have a toddler, and share our home with a Blue Heeler. I also volunteer as a high school soccer coach, which allows me to stay connected to a sport I have loved for most of my life after playing collegiate soccer. Coaching gives me another opportunity to teach, encourage, and give back to my community, something that continues to be incredibly important to me.
My approach to real estate is passionate, detail-oriented, educational, and responsive. More than anything, I want my clients to know that I genuinely care about what happens to them and their families long after the closing table.
Because at the end of the day, this is your journey; and I am honored to make it my passion.
