I have a well-rounded background that serves me well in the real estate industry.  I have experience in lending, title insurance closing, working directly with builders, and the honor of working with some of the top producing agents in the real estate industry.

My approach with my clients, is to listen.  In order to find out what my clients want in a home or why they want to sell their home.  The home buying or selling experience is not about me, it is about my client.  Buying a home should be a joyful experience.  If the buyer is not having a good time, you are doing it wrong or with the wrong agent; the same with selling a home.  It should be a relatively easy process when the seller has been prepared with what will happen throughout the process.

I have the knowledge of how the entire real estate circle works.  I know what all parties need to do in order for the transaction to be completed and for us to end up at the closing table on the contract date.
