Originally from New Jersey, I’ve lived in Colorado since 1975, purchasing my first home in Steamboat Springs in 1979. My late husband and I owned and operated a construction company, building vacation homes for those fortunate enough to own second homes. We raised our two children in the Steamboat lifestyle until my husband died in 1993. I sold our Steamboat home and relocated to Boulder in 1997, attending graduate school and working at the University of Colorado School of Engineering. A local software engineering firm recruited me from my position at CU, where I worked in business development and customer success, writing, negotiating, and delivering services per customer contracts. During these career years, I bought and sold homes, house-hacking to create a second income stream to support my children. Over the years, I’ve seen a lot of Colorado and have bought and sold homes in the many communities where I have lived. I am passionate about the housing industry and now want to help others create wealth through real estate. 

Anyone who knows me knows that I have been dabbling in real estate for many years, buying and selling my personal properties, sometimes to facilitate relocations; other times to take advantage of the market; and always finding just the right space to immediately feel like I’m home. With a background of leadership in project management and customer success, it’s time to follow my passion- buying and selling homes! I’m building my business on communication, authenticity, and client advocacy. I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and the Women's Council of Realtors. I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and am uniquely qualified to assist seniors and their families in housing sales and purchases. 

When I am not actively seeking and selling properties, you’ll find me skiing, playing golf, working out at a Functional Fitness gym in Lafayette, hiking, biking, golfing, or playing with my granddaughter.
