Siena DiGiacomo

Hi, I’m Siena DiGiacomo! I’m a Colorado native, born and raised in Durango, and I moved to Northern Colorado to attend Colorado State University. After graduating from CSU, I decided to make Northern Colorado home and began my career in property management.

During my 2.5 years in property management, I gained hands-on experience working with property owners, tenants, vendors, and prospective renters while managing everything from client communication and showings to leasing, property maintenance, and Colorado housing regulations. That experience sparked my interest in the sales side of real estate and ultimately led me to earn my Colorado real estate license.

Today, I’m proud to bring that experience into residential real estate with Coldwell Banker. I understand that buying or selling a home is a major decision, and my goal is to make the process feel as clear, organized, and stress-free as possible. I believe in honest communication, staying on top of the details, and making sure my clients always feel informed and supported.

Having lived in both Southern and Northern Colorado, I have a deep appreciation for everything our state has to offer. Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to sell, relocating, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to be a resource and help you confidently take the next step.
