We are a high touch team and are more than willing to hand-hold or lend a helping hand on project management. Some sellers need project management of pre-sale renovations. This is one of our specialties, as we bring in our team of contractors and make only those improvements that will bring about the biggest bang for your buck on the resale, making it both easier and more profitable. The focus for many of our buyer clients is either in educating them on each step of the process, or providing guidance and ensuring they have the information they need to make the best decision for themselves.

We call ourselves a "Full-Service" team and take that quite seriously, don't be afraid to ask if you have unusual needs or require help that you don't envision being within the scope of a traditional real estate team. While we have sold properties as far North as Boulder, as far South as Castle Rock, West into the Rockies and East into the Plains, our area of greatest expertise is the West side and Denver Metro area. In particular all of Central Denver, Lakewood, Edgewater, Golden, Wheat Ridge, and Arvada.
